E10-GPS

The Quartzlock E10-GPS represents a breakthrough in exceptionally low cost, traceable, calibration-free, off-air frequency & time standards. These very low cost references maintain the high frequency & time accuracy required for demanding applications for the OEM manufacturer that provides the precision frequency and time synchronization required by base stations, optical network nodes, and high-speed digital networks. The compact A10-GPS OEM products offer Rubidium Atomic Standards which are disciplined to GPS, therefore providing extremely accurate and stable frequency and time. The A10-GPS model includes a Rubidium Standard, a GPS receiver, an external 1PPS input and a Rubidium-GPS disciplining circuit (Digital PLL). The Rubidium Standard is phase locked to the GPS or to the external 1PPS. All outputs are derived from the Rubidium Standard, which maintains the 10MHz and the 1PPS when GPS or external 1PPS inputs are interrupted.

A GPS Disciplined Rubidium Clock frees the user from being continuously dependent on GPS reception, particularly in cases of either intentional or unintentional GPS interruptions.

A very high stability LOW NOISE 10MHz Rubidium Reference, primarily for production test of quartz oscillators and RF instrumentation frequency referencing. This industry standard 2U rack-mount instrument has a long heritage and ongoing production life for this latest 2009 version that features RS232 monitoring and control of the DPLL, locking the Ultra Low Noise OCXO to the Rubidium. Damping and Bandwidth is controlled by integrator digital gain, proportional digital gain, pre-filter order and subsample rate. Eight values of user selected bandwidth are available.

Phase noise to -115dBc/Hz @ 1Hz offset & noise floor of -170dBc/Hz with excellent short term stability at E x 10-13/s. Frequency accuracy of E-10 with bi-annual calibration or E-13 with GPS locking input option fitted (with QL E8-Y/E8000 GPS T&F ref)

This industry leading product can offer 100MHz outputs with circa -180dBc/Hz noise floor.

Ultra Low Noise multiple outputs are available. The internal distribution amplifier features -140dBc/Hz @1Hz offset, >110dB isolation @ 10MHz and 90dB @ 100MHz.

A10-Y

The Quartzlock model A10-Y is an OEM, high-performance, ultra low noise, rubidium oscillator frequency reference which uses Quartzlock phase-locked loop (PLL) and direct digital synthesis (DDS) clean-up loop technology. It has a noise floor of -170 dBc/Hz.

Typical applications include but not restricted to Security, Low noise instrumentation reference, Radar navigation, RF & Microwave test solutions and Secure communications.

The use of ULN rubidium oscillators enables Weak signal detection, Low error rates, Higher radar sensitivity and Higher definition in MRI imaging systems.
