The Quartzlock range of distribution amplifiers are intended for use when multiple outputs from a single frequency standard/generator are required. This may be encountered in engineering labs, national standards labs, research and development, calibration labs and production. This is vital for the distribution of signals from other precision frequency standards like Hydrogen Masers, Cesium oscillators.

The E5-6, based on the A5000 rack mount instrument, provides the same outstanding performance of its bigger brother but in a compact 105(w) x 125(d) x 30(h) mm form factor.
